After managing construction operations in Ontario, California, Tyler, Texas, and Vincennes, Indiana for National Homes Corporation for more than 8 years, Bruce Gunstra decided to return to his hometown of Lafayette, Indiana and begin his own homebuilding company. Driven by his uncompromising work ethic & determination to succeed, Bruce developed Gunstra Builders into one of the top 300 New Home Builders in the United States. In 1984 Bruce expanded into the Indianapolis market and introduced his Townhome and Condominium Home collections. After considerable success with these products, he became recognized as Indianapolis’ Condo King. Today he builds a variety of single & multiple family new home products in Indianapolis, Lafayette, and Kokomo, Indiana. His reputation for fairness and quality continue to grow with his company. Bruce earned his Bachelor Degree from Northwestern University where he was captain of the football team and was honored as an All-American in 1967. He continues to lead his company with the same vision and success that he demonstrated in athletics so many years ago.
